There will be a 100% fee for any missed appointments (no-shows) or same day cancellations. In order for me to stay on time for all my clients I will be enforcing my Late Appointment Policy as well. If you are 10 minutes or more late to the appointment there will be a 100% fee and the appointment will be considered cancelled and will have to be rescheduled. It’s very difficult to fill a cancelled appointment without sufficient notice so there will be a 50% fee for cancellations less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment. No future appointments will be accepted until payment is made.
